Famous for Trout fishing, you will find that Rotorua is one of the easiest places to hook your own Trout! We can advise two professional fishing guides, providing all the gear and licenses, who can show you the best spots.
Maori culture in Rotorua
As the heartland of Maori culture, this is a great place to immerse yourself in it and get a feel for it. From sampling indigenous food and watching master carvers to guided tours of historic villages and participating in traditional song, dance and games.
Rotorua's geysers, mud pools, thermal springs and geothermal activities
Attracting visitors and tourists since the 1800s, this is most likely the most well known aspect of Rotorua. Areas such as Kuirau Park, Te Puia, Waiotapu, Waiomangu and Hell's Gate really show the incredible volcanic history and thermal activity in the area.
